You will earn a base salary between $90k - $100k, plus superannuation and additional benefits, including:
Commissions: Uncapped bonus earning on all sales, giving you the potential for on-target income of $120k - $150kAutonomy: Your role will allow you to manage your client relationships and strategiesRespected brand: Be part of a well-established brand known for excellent stock availability and quick project turnaroundsShowcase: Access stunning showrooms to present products to top architects and designersPremium products: Work with a high-quality range of products, catering to both mid and high-end projectsDevelopment: Enjoy quality induction training and ongoing professional growthInclusion: Join a supportive team with regular social events and functionsPortfolio: Engage with major accounts across corporate, government, education, hospitality, and aged care sectors.About the roleMain function: The primary focus of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with tier-1 architects, designers, and major end users, driving sales of premium commercial furniture and accessories across diverse projects in corporate, hospitality, education, government, and aged care sectors.Other tasks: Present: Product solutions to architects and designers in modern showroomsManage: The sales process for workstations, loose furniture, and accessoriesCollaborate: With clients to deliver tailored solutions for commercial projectsAttend: Industry expos and stay informed on new design trendsMaintain: High standards of customer service and ensure client satisfactionCoordinate: With internal teams to ensure stock availability and project timelines are metIdentify: Opportunities to grow the client base and strengthen the company's presence in the market.About the companyThe hiring company is a respected Australian-owned business renowned for its premium product range and innovative approach to design.
