We're looking for an Operations Specialist to join the MECCA Cosmetica Fortitude Valley team in QLD on a 30hr Part-time basis.
Life as an Operations Specialist at MECCA : World-class education; continuous upskilling with MECCAversity, in store training Work with the latest products from the world's top brands Work-life balance; permanent opportunities with regular schedules Up to 40% discount to spoil yourselves and your immediate family, as well as a generous product allowance, subject to company policy Parental leave package including ongoing superannuation payments while on parental leave Day-to-day responsibilities : Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard Support management team in the delivery of MECCA's customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities What success looks like in this role : Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering Uphold and encourage a good health and safety culture Next steps : Apply today – we can't wait to hear all about your love for all things beauty
