Are you an Owner and a Builder who can help grow the Amazon business in Australia?
Are you passionate about working with product and technology/engineering teams to enhance the on-site customer fulfillment experience, and building tools that drive success for both internal teams and external partners?
Amazon Australia is looking for a driven Product/Program Manager to own feature enhancements that define the customer fulfillment experience.

To excel in this role, you will: Be passionate about the customer experience and delivering innovative enhancements on behalf of customersBe willing to "roll up your sleeves" and operate with limited guidanceHave strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence remote teams, both tech and non-techBring analytical horsepower, enhanced Excel skills (and ideally SQL), and a deep curiosity about how things workPossess advanced project management skills, ideally experienced working in agile environmentsBe commercially savvy and have excellent business judgmentBring operational rigor, holding your program stakeholders accountable to the highest of standardsThis is a rare opportunity to join a fast-paced, start-up environment in one of the world's most pioneering companies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of product management experienceExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or servicesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced levelExperience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organizationACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF COUNTRY: In the spirit of reconciliation, Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community.
