The roleStep into a pivotal role with a global renewable energy leader known for delivering the largest wind energy projects across the globe.
As the APAC Legal Counsel, you'll support the delivery of cutting-edge energy projects by providing expert legal guidance on complex contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
This is a rare opportunity to make a tangible impact, with hands-on exposure and commercial input on APAC's largest renewable projects.

Shape the Future: Work on groundbreaking renewable energy projects across the APAC region in an autonomous and fully commercial roleCareer Growth: Enjoy long-term career progression within a globally recognised leaderGlobal Exposure: Report directly to the Global Legal Director and collaborate with international teams and clients across the worldKey Responsibilities Draft and negotiate high-stakes contracts, including EPC, O&M, and supply agreements for large-scale wind farmsProvide ongoing legal advice to Project Management, Operations, Procurement, and Services teamsAssess and manage contractual risks, delivering actionable recommendations to executive teamStay ahead of legislative and regulatory changes impacting renewable energy in APAC countriesLead relationships with external consultants to resolve local matters efficientlyQualifications Legal Expertise: A law degree (Master's preferred) with 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experienceSector Knowledge: Proven experience drafting and negotiating EPC contracts and service agreements in the energy, infrastructure, utilities, or construction sectorProblem-Solver: A proven ability to navigate complex transactions independentlyTop-Tier Experience: Background in a multinational company or a leading law firmReady to step further?
