As the APAC Legal Counsel, you'll support the delivery of cutting-edge energy projects by providing expert legal guidance on complex contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
This is a rare opportunity to make a tangible impact, with hands-on exposure and commercial input on APAC's largest renewable projects.

Shape the Future: Work on groundbreaking renewable energy projects across the APAC region in an autonomous and fully commercial role Career Growth: Enjoy long-term career progression within a globally recognised leader Global Exposure: Report directly to the Global Legal Director and collaborate with international teams and clients across the world Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate high-stakes contracts, including EPC, O&M, and supply agreements for large-scale wind farms Provide ongoing legal advice to Project Management, Operations, Procurement, and Services teams Assess and manage contractual risks, delivering actionable recommendations to executive team Stay ahead of legislative and regulatory changes impacting renewable energy in APAC countries Lead relationships with external consultants to resolve local matters efficiently Qualifications Legal Expertise: A law degree (Master's preferred) with 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience Sector Knowledge: Proven experience drafting and negotiating EPC contracts and service agreements in the energy, infrastructure, utilities, or construction sector Problem-Solver: A proven ability to navigate complex transactions independently Top-Tier Experience: Background in a multinational company or a leading law firm Ready to step further?
