This is a full-time, fixed term position through to August 2025 with salary in the range $73,072.86 - $77,476.66 (HEW 4), plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%.
Provide front line library and information services to students and staff.

As a Library Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many, supporting their information needs and contributing to a positive library experience.
You will work across various teams within the Library, adapting to changing service demands.
Key Responsibilities Provide information and advice to students and staff.
Assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions or referrals.
Assist with the development and maintenance of library documentation and reports.
Support team members, including training and workflow coordination.
Resolve routine and non-routine issues.
Contribute to the improvement of library systems, processes, and procedures.
Participate in change initiatives and seek opportunities for professional development.
About You Experience in service delivery and improvement, with a focus on technology and compliance.
Demonstrated competence in various software applications and systems, including library management systems.
Ability to accurately and efficiently complete tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks.
