Commercial Manager - Key Leadership Role JobsWork type: Full TimeReference ID: 344290Contact: Newton SoaresEmail: : 9689 8989West Sector: Accounting and FinanceJob Summary- Key Leadership role | Drive Strategy- Western Sydney - Flexible working- Partner with C-Suite and ELT teamJob DescriptionAbout your new employer:Our client is an imaginative business with a strong brand presence and they have significant projects and plenty in the pipeline operating throughout the country.About your new role:Leading a team, you will have responsibility for delivering quality and insightful information and act as a true Commercial Finance Business Partner.The role will work closely with Department Heads to translate business and strategic objectives into targets, and tactical plans, preparation of business cases and provide detailed financial analysis across multiple data sets.As well as providing input into strategy, this position will oversee the division's budgeting and forecasting, develop benchmarking metrics, produce output for the Board and provide ongoing coaching and support to the team.About you• Will hold a professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA)• Extensive experience in a similar Commercial Manager role working for another fast-paced large company• You will be an energetic and natural communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and with those who have a non-financial background;• Proven people leadership skills, able to direct and develop the finance team, including providing coaching and career development support.• Engage with others collaboratively, and work to a high standard with accuracy and deliver on time;• Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders.What's in it for you?• Up to Circa $200,000 + car + superannuation + bonus• Flexible working.
