Company Overview ASL Aviation Holdings is a global aviation services holding company with a fleet of more than 160 aircraft, focused on cargo and passenger airline operations, aircraft leasing and maintenance.
Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, the Group includes five wholly owned airlines: ASL Airlines Ireland, ASL Airlines Belgium, ASL Airlines France, ASL Airlines United Kingdom, and ASL Airlines Australia.
ASLA currently operates an all jet fleet, including the B737-800 and flexible passenger and cargo variants of the BAe146.

Our group, joint-venture, and associate airlines also operate scheduled and charter cargo and passenger services under ASL's own airline brands and on behalf of airline ACMI customers and postal services.
Globally, ASL has a team of 3,000 people of 51 different nationalities.

Job Purpose To develop activities that ensure consistent revenue growth and contribute to the delivery of quality service in line with the corporate business plan.
To manage passenger and/or cargo sales activities to maximize revenue growth and increase productivity.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum Bachelor's degree relating to Finance or Commercial activities.Minimum 8 years experience in Sales or Commercial activities.Strong knowledge of Air Transport regulations and airline activities.Experience in negotiating and handling commercial contracts.Tasks & Responsibilities Manage commercial activities and extend ASLA's portfolio to ensure consistent revenue growth.Implement and lead sales and marketing activities in close collaboration with the company's key stakeholders to support the achievement of defined targets.Monitor performance of the charters (financial/operational) and take relevant corrective actions if needed.Manage requisite suppliers ensuring value for money for the company and compliance with agreed service level agreements.Ensure that all operational activities and key accounts are managed in a timely and accurate manner in line with departmental guidelines and propose improvements to increase client satisfaction.Analyse market empty sector availability and sectors that support the air charter sales products, develop and manage the selling of a range of products and ensure optimal fleet utilization.Provide Senior Leadership with regular updates on commercial activities.Deliver on ad-hoc requests as directed by the Managing Director.Onsite training, development, and mentoring.Additional Benefits Internal opportunities and career growth available within the wider ASLA/ASL Group.Salary sacrificing and novated leasing options.Exclusive discounts on travel and accommodation.Employee assistance program (EAP) available.Commitment to a positive and inclusive work environment.Competitive salary range depending on experience.Opportunity to be part of a highly skilled and dedicated team.Be part of a fast-growing and rapidly expanding company.We appreciate you taking the time to review our vacancy.
