As a result of Leyton Funds ongoing growth both in South Australia and nationally, an exciting opportunity has presented itself for a highly successful Asset Manager to join the business.
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will implement, manage, and deliver asset strategies to achieve core deliverables aligned to the portfolio, with a key focus on maximizing performance from external property managers and engaging tenants on leasing matters.
The role will offer an exceptional opportunity for ongoing career growth as the business continues to expand.
Responsibilities Implementation of investment strategies within the portfolio Oversight and management of external property managers and property level financial performance Lease analysis, administration & tenant negotiations Supporting the establishment and delivery of marketing and capital works initiatives Supporting Investor Relations team in completion of property and fund level investor reporting Supporting fund valuations and debt reporting Supporting the achievement of target investment performance Skills/Background Senior level Commercial real estate Asset Management or Property Management experience Proven ability to manage multiple assets simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget Proficiency with leasing & tenancy matters Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement Analytical and problem-solving skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with good EXCEL skills The ability to work well under pressure A competitive salary package is available for the right candidate.
