Where We Grow Emerald is a 109-place service with 6 rooms.
The service is nestled in a small leafy country town, connecting the service to nature, and supported by meaningful community connections.
Stepping into the role of Educational Leader at Where We Grow Emerald, you will find a platform to further develop your skills, commitment to professional learning and development, and drive to seek out best practice.
This role puts you in a position to make a lasting impact on better outcomes for children.
With non-contact time across the week, you will work collaboratively with Centre Leadership to mentor, inspire and lead the improvement of our educational programs and practice and make a significant difference in our shared journey.
