We're seeking vibrant and energetic Shift Supervisors to lead the crew at our Melbourne Central restaurant.
Here's the deal: The Pancake Parlour isn't just any old gig – we've been serving up Melbourne's favourite pancakes since 1965.
Yep, that's a lot of pancakes.
But now, it's time to add some new faces to our mix, and that's where YOU come in.
You'll be a great fit if you:Are a people person with a knack for delivering top-notch customer serviceBelieve the customer is always at the heart of what you doCan keep the team's energy high and positiveEnjoy taking the lead and guiding a teamHave some experience in hospitality (supervisory chops are a big plus)Aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the actionWhat you'll be doing:Your mission?
Making sure every customer leaves with a smile.
You'll also keep an eye on the important stuff like:
