Sales Director , focusing on the Australian Market.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to excel in a dynamic market with the potential for significant earnings, supported by a highly competitive compensation package.About The BusinessThe business provides cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses in the hospitality sector to optimise their revenue strategies.
By integrating modern e-commerce principles with scalable and open technology, they aim to revolutionise how their customers in the hospitality sector achieve their business goals.
Strong relationships with technology partners are at the heart of their success, enabling them to deliver exceptional value to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed individual sales targets.Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, for strategic accounts within your territory.Identify, establish, and develop new business opportunities within an assigned portfolio of key accounts and prospects.Build strong relationships with C-level executives, aligning solutions with business objectives.Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure outstanding service and identify potential upsell opportunities within existing accounts.Establish partnerships with strategic consultants and other business collaborators to develop mutually beneficial channels.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring precise forecasting and reporting.Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, client meetings, and other events.What We're Looking ForAt least 3 years of sales experience in hospitality technology or a related travel industry.A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.A self-starter with a passion for working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Process-driven with excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset.Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.Willingness to travel for business when needed.Fluency in English, another language would also be advantageous.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.The PackageA$200K OTEUncapped commission with team members achieving +A$200K paA vibrant, collaborative work environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged.The chance to work with a global team that's making a real impact in the hospitality industry.Opportunities for professional growth and development within a fast-scaling organisation.If this sounds like a role you would be well suited to, please apply and we will be in touch to discuss your application.Seniority level
