Do nášho Business development tímu hladáme kolegu, ktorému zveríme rozvoj a analýzu obchodných príležitostí v Ceskej republike - Prahe.
Kedže sme digitálne štúdio, je nevyhnutné, aby si mal bud skúsenosti z IT biznisu, alebo bol IT nadšenec.
Hladáme skúseného manažéra, ktorý dokáže odhadnút rovnako krátkodobý alebo dlhodobý potenciál.
Jeho úlohou bude nastavit stratégiu pre nové partnerstvá tak, aby priniesli nové príležitosti pre obchod a zároven vie rozpoznat nové produkty a služby, ktoré lepšie uspokoja potreby našich súcasných zákazníkov.
O bude tvoja nápln práce?
Oslovenie potenciálnych klientov a budovanie pozitívnych vztahov založených na dôvere a porozumení.
Analýza nových obchodných príležitostí.
Organizovanie obchodných stretnutí.
Prieskum organizácií a jednotlivcov s cielom nájst nové príležitosti.
Hladanie a rozvoj nových trhov a zlepšovanie predaja.
Úcast na konferenciách, stretnutiach a podujatiach súvisiacich s našim odvetvím, s možnostou aj v zahranicí.
Využívanie kontaktov a prezentácia našich produktov a služieb.
Vypracovanie cenových ponúk a návrhov pre klientov.
Aktívna spolupráca na cieloch business development tímu, rast podnikania a zabezpecenie ich plnenia.
Ludia sú u nás vždy na prvom mieste.

Ak máš nasledujúce skúsenosti, si náš ideálny kandidát:
Skúsenosti v oblasti IT business developmentu, sales, prípadne projektového a produktového manažmentu 3 rokov +.
Silné komunikacné a negociacné schopnosti.
Schopnost riadit komplexné projekty.
Schopnost samostatne pracovat s minimálnym vedením, byt proaktívny a zvládat neistotu.
Vynikajúce organizacné schopnosti, schopnost nadväzovat kontakty a práca s CRM systémom je vítaná.
Anglictina na plynulej úrovni, schopnost v nej viest obchodné stretnutie.
Dalšie podmienky:
Úväzok: 8h, SZCO / SRO.
Platové podmienky: 2800 € + variabilná zložka (platové požiadavky závisia od skúseností kandidáta, radi ich prediskutujeme).
Hiringový proces:
Krátky skríningový hovor.
Vypracovanie zadania.
