General / Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)
About the role As the Head of Operations and Customer Care at J'adore Hair Supplies, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time position based in Varsity Lakes, Queensland, and will play a crucial role in driving the company's continued success and growth.
What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across the businessManage and coordinate the customer service team to deliver a seamless and positive experience for all clientsOversee inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate product deliverySupport the founder with the international logistics and warehousingIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined workflowsAnalyse key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisionsLead and mentor the operations and customer service teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment including conducting team one on onesManage the office maintenance and upkeepPrepare reports for end of month financialsCollaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and support the overall business objectivesWhat we're looking for Extensive experience in a similar role, leading operations and customer service functions within a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environmentProven track record of driving operational excellence and implementing process improvementsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersProficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-makingDegree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferredWhat we offer Competitive salary and perksGreat team culture with a focus on collaborative achievementsConvenient office location with plenty of free street parkingOpportunities for professional development and career advancementCollaborative and supportive work culture working directly with the founderAbout us J'adore Hair Supplies is a leading retailer of premium hair extension and hair care products, serving customers across Australia and internationally.
