Capstone Recruitment have partnered with a Real Estate Private Equity firm to grow their Distributions team with the appointment of a Senior Manager, Wholesale Capital to drive capital raising across wholesale investors, alongside the Head of Capital.
Our client has a stellar and respected reputation in the industry with a strong track record of delivering premium grade assets across Office, Industrial & Mix-Use property sectors across Australia.
Having grown their portfolio to a few billion in Funds Under Management, they are now entering an exciting next phase of growth.
About the Role
As the Senior Manager, Wholesale Capital, you will leverage networks across HNW, Family Office & Wealth Platforms to raise capital for the acquisition of premium grade real estate.
You will be responsible for the following functions:
Capital raising strategy implementation - To drive the implementation and delivery of strategies for capital raising requirements.Investor Relationship Management - Create, foster, strengthen and expand relationships with current and potential investors.Marketing campaigns - Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance and grow funds under management (with support from Head of Marketing & Investor Relations Manager).Business Development - Engagement with new investors across private capital, asset consultants and platforms.
Where appropriate, dealing with research houses would be required.Qualifications & Experience Required: 8+ years of experience in financial services / BDM roles.Capital raising preferably for Australian unlisted property funds, alternates or fixed Interest investments.Demonstrated network of existing contacts and relationships in private capital (HNW/Family Office/Wealth Platforms).Track record of success in investment management, sales & distribution role.Knowledge and understanding of property as an asset class & the ability to articulate the differences and benefits of unlisted property.Track record of achievement of sales targets.Should this position be of interest, click 'apply now' or contact me directly on 0401 880 362.
