Reporting to the Head of Waterway & Catchment Services South East, this is a pivotal role within the Water Resources & Upper Yarra team.As the Manager Water Resources & Upper Yarra, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of Melbourne Water waterway and catchment obligations, programs, and services in the defined geographical area.In delivering our services and obligations, you will work closely with our partners and stakeholders, including councils, regulatory authorities and the community, to ensure we meet expectations and provide a great customer experience.About you:Graduate qualification in environmental / natural resource management, science, social science or engineering is preferred but not essentialProven change leadership experience with demonstrated ability to drive high team performanceAbility to evolve and execute Melbourne Water's catchment, waterways and drainage investment plan and service offeringsProven continuous improvement capabilitiesStrong commercial acumenAbility to influence stakeholder groupsHighly developed organisational and time management skillsValid Victorian driver's licenseAbility to pass a Police Check and AusCheckWhy join us:At Melbourne Water, we care about water and all life that springs from it.
