Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Services Australia, the Account Manager will join a dynamic national team that has propelled the organisation to new heights through strategic leadership and refined processes from tender through to delivery and ongoing client relationship management.The primary mission of this role is to develop and execute comprehensive growth plans for the allocated territory, ensuring every initiative is measurable, impactful, and aligned with ambitious growth targets.

They will coordinate and manage activities, including strategic visit plans, while fostering a culture of aggressive goal achievement and innovation to consistently deliver on promises.This role involves developing a thriving geographical sales area, driving volume growth, and ensuring the Head of Services Sales and Sales Excellence Business Partner receives timely and accurate feedback on outstanding quotes for precise and effective forecasting.
The Account Manager will take ownership of producing and managing forecasts for order intake in close alignment with the Sales Excellence Business Partner and will work closely with Service Centers and management to identify opportunities for improvement in WIP, quoting, and order management processes.About youYou're a dynamic, self-driven professional who thrives on taking ownership of your role and consistently delivering outstanding results.
