About the Role: As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our client's journey, guiding them from initial enquiry to the completion of their dream build.
With your expertise in residential sales, particularly in project homes or granny flats, you will play a pivotal role in fostering trust and driving success.
What You'll Be Doing: Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation. Providing expert advice on design options, project timelines, and investment opportunities. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless project delivery. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in residential sales, particularly in project homes or granny flats is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Proactive and driven personality with a focus on achieving targets.
