We have an opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join our team in a full-time, permanent role.
Based in our Cremorne Head Office and reporting to our Group Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for processing all facets of the payroll whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and providing ad-hoc administrative assistance as required.
Liaising directly with stakeholders across the wider business and employees, you will be a strong communicator with high attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team and have the opportunity to build strong relationships within a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
Key responsibilities will include: Processing payroll for our stores and distribution centre accurately and efficientlyManage and resolve Team Member queriesReconcile and produce final single touch payroll fileAction end of month processes, and providing relevant reports and payment requisitionsData analysis in accordance with legislation and business practicesAccurately calculating and processing leave entitlementsThe successful candidate will ideally have:Previous experience in a Payroll position (retail industry highly advantageous)System knowledge of ADP Payforce or E-tivity advantageousIntermediate skills across MS Office suiteAward interpretation skills (preferably General Retail Industry Award)Customer Service focused approachStrong attention to detail and accuracy skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsHere's why you should choose a career at The Sussan Group: As a Certified B Corporation and best-in-class employer, we're committed to fostering an environment where our team can thrive.
