A mid-sized professional services firm is looking for a strong and dynamic leader for its small high-performing digital performance team.
With an extensive budget in paid search, this role plays a vital role in lead generation and the subsequent growth of the business.
This is an effective 2iC role to Associate Director of Digital Growth and is a leadership position.
This role would be fantastic for an experienced practitioner who would like to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive real business outcomes.
Leading a team of three, this role is both a strategic and tactical role, with all members in the large 17-person marketing team working collaboratively on the tools on a daily basis.
Technical, on-the-tools knowledge and current operational experience for paid search is a must for this role.
An understanding and experience in CRO will also be highly regarded.
Key responsibilities in the role would include:
Daily use of platforms to setup, optimise and assist on campaigns across Google and Bing Leadership and mentoring of a small, high-performing team Distilling complex data-driven insights into digestible business updates An active role in driving business outcomes through considered, cost-effective lead generation online strategies Management of a significant paid media budget The ideal candidate for this role would have:
8+ years of hands-on paid search experience Excellent communication skills Prior experience leading a small team A passion for digital marketing, and search/performance in particular Experience with large multi-million dollar annual search budgets and a track record of wins The ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment A solutions-driven approach This is an in-office role, with the offices based in Sydney CBD.
