A fixed-term 12-month opportunity has become available to join our National People Services Advisory team in a key role as People & Culture Advisor.
This role can be based in either Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide or Canberra.
What you'll bring: Qualifications in Human Resources along with previous experience in Construction, Manufacturing or Heavy Industrial sectors (desirable)Exposure and understanding in the areas of Workforce Relations/IR legislation, Performance Management and Succession PlanningExperienced in managing and supporting the delivery of HR strategies, policies and proceduresAbility to proactively build strong relationships with key stakeholders with a true understanding of the client requirements.High level organisational skills including the proven capacity to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team, using initiative and sound judgement to meet deadlines and manage competing prioritiesDowner is a company that believes people are our greatest asset.
