Company Description
We are looking for a CRM Manager (12 months FTC - maternity cover) to join our growing Brand & Digital Teams and help drive performance across The Hoxton, Working From_, Hyde and Morgans Originals websites and online marketing campaigns.
Based in London and reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the CRM Manager will be an integral part of our team driving our retention strategy, while improving engagement and loyalty from our guests.
You'll have a passion for delivering business and customer results in a creative and innovative company and you'll want to ensure we're building a fun & welcoming onward journey for all our customers – whether they are local or global.
Job Description
Be the go-to person for all CRM and mailer activities across The Hoxton, Working From_, Hyde and Morgans Originals – helping to understand the needs of both the brand globally and the properties locally and establishing how the central Brand & Digital teams can lead or support.
Help deliver the best possible email experience for our business and subscribers.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure we've got the right messages – both commercial & editorial - and then work with our in-house Design Studio to ensure they are crafted with the right balance of brand and function – we are super keen to ensure our campaigns support the business but NEVER feel like desperate sales messaging
Define a strategy that helps drive revenue from CRM across the brands while also ensuring our mailers support our brand pillars and can tell stories that people want to engage with.
Grow our existing databases and segment them so we can reach the right people at the right time and we add value (without irritating or alienating our audiences).
Build new, local databases ahead of openings and engage them before and after opening our doors.
Provide regular reporting on database growth and campaign performance – we often go with our gut but we do REALLY like data too
Drive new customer acquisition across all channels, demonstrating a clear understanding of a well-executed marketing funnel, including onsite and on property sign-up mechanisms.
Work in collaboration with Digital Product to ensure customers have the right onward journey and share behavioural insights.
Be a GDPR saint ensuring our properties and our central teams are fully aware of the legal parameters we operate in to keep data safe and sound.
Work closely with our Head of Digital Marketing and Head of Brand & Content to work on the strategy and infrastructure to create lifecycle campaigns across all digital marketing channels.
Lead our brand new Hoxton referral scheme, MentionMe, to get more of our brand fans spreading their love of The Hox.
Qualifications
Min 4-5 years of working in this space either agency or client side.
You should love being hands-on and have high attention to detail; if something is out of place, you'll spot it
You enjoy data and measuring whether something is successful or not, and applying those learnings.
Ability to create structure around your day to meet various deadlines.
Experience using Revinate a plus.
Be ecommerce focused, and be able to challenge to ensure the business is working on the right things at the right time.
Be comfortable taking initiative and thinking outside of the box.
An eye for intuitive design and user experience - you know if something looks good or not.
You're easy to talk to.
If we got stuck in a lift together, we'd have a few laughs.
