Unique Financial Adviser Opportunity (Salary Negotiable)We're looking to add an Adviser into our growing business, however we don't want you to leave when you're ready to run your own business. We want to help you make that transition from employed adviser to self-employed adviser.We have an existing brand, an abundance of client leads, and back office support that we can provide.You will work in the business while under your own company structure from day one, gaining the security and support of an employed role, along with the autonomy, responsibility, client ownership, and uncapped earning potential of being self-employed.Our ideal candidate is someone who has been an employed adviser for a number of years and is considering stepping into a self-employed position. You'll be a "wholistic modern adviser" who has passed the FASEA exam and understands how to meet the FASEA Education Standards.Key Responsibilities:All the usual responsibilities of a Financial Adviser, with added responsibilities of being self-employed such as:Consideration towards business developmentAbility to amend your own fee structureAbility to contribute to the business' marketing strategyAbility to choose your own niche or specific target marketAbility to transition into a 'fully fledged' self-employed adviser with your own business name and client base in the future (if desired)Skills & Experience:Currently on the FAR (Financial Adviser Register)Have sat and passed the FASEA examMinimum 3 years' experience providing holistic financial adviceClient-focused view of adviceAbility to adapt to new technology and changes – we're an almost paperless office constantly updating our efficienciesAbout our business:We are a Brisbane-based self-licensed financial planning practice and run a boutique dealer group of 30+ advisers. We've been operating for a number of years and now have an abundance of leads. Instead of employing an adviser, we're more interested in adding a partner to the business who will work alongside us to grow the business.At this stage, we are not accepting applications from recruiters.
