We are a growing financial planning company offering holistic advice to our clients ranging from wealth creation, debt management, retirement planning, and more. We also specialize in advice for current serving members & Veterans of the Australian Defence Force.We are looking for a Full-time Financial Adviser. The candidate will require to have previously provided advice.We may consider a candidate who is nearing the completion of their professional year, at least in your third quarter.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAttending Client MeetingsLiaising with paraplanners in relation to financial plansFile note writingMaintaining professional knowledge and developmentAssisting staffWork AutonomouslyAbility to provide holistic adviceCollaborative workplaceOngoing trainingAbility to work towards every second Friday offWe are looking for a financial adviser who can hit the ground running.The successful applicant will work alongside our current staff in creating a seamless experience for our clients. They will also work closely with our administration and paraplanning team to complete day-to-day tasks.The successful applicant will assist in ensuring the business remains compliant through their undertakings and continue their professional requirements.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience is necessaryRelevant education completed and meeting FASEA requirements (MUST HAVE)Degree Qualified preferred but not essentialA passion for finance and working in the industry is essentialTime management skills and being able to work autonomouslyStrong attention to detailExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite*Only Australian Residents with the appropriate rights to work in Australia need apply.(No Recruitment Agencies or non-Australian residents need contact or apply)Join our team todayClick the apply button and send us your Resume and Cover Letter.
