ABOUT THE ROLE: Full Time/Part Time & Casual Opportunities availableWeekday and weekend shifts availablePotential earnings up to $90000 (*Potential earnings up to $90000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)Excellent remuneration – Relief Allowances paidGuaranteed full time hoursWilson Security is expanding in Western Australia securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of Western Australia. This growth has created new roles within our WA team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.
THE POSITION
Wilson Security has multiple Permanent Full-Time Relief Security Officer roles available. These sites are predominately located SOR - in Kwinana and surrounding locations.
You will be an integral part of our South of the River teams.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & clientsProactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control SystemsConducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety riskIdentifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectificationExcellent verbal and customer service skillsMust have a current WA driver's licence and a vehicle in good working orderResponding to emergency situationsMust be eligible to either have or obtain an MSIC for some sitesWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong Customer Service SkillsProactive and problem-solving mindsetWilling to support and step up as required into other rolesAbility to work well in a team or autonomouslyAbility to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work RightsDemonstrated ability to prepare and write reportsDemonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periodsValid WA Security LicenseCurrent First Aid certificateBe eligible to obtain an MSICWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
