Alpine School is seeking a part-time Maintenance, Grounds and Cleaner to join our team based in the vibrant Don Valley, Victoria.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities of our established school, ensuring a safe, clean and well-presented environment for our students and staff.

What you'll be doing
Performing general maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and handyman work Landscaping and grounds-keeping duties including mowing, trimming, and gardening Cleaning and upkeep of classrooms, offices, and shared spaces Assisting with set-up and pack-up of school events and functions Liaising with school leadership to identify and address maintenance and cleaning priorities Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations What we're looking for
Previous experience in a maintenance, grounds-keeping or cleaning role, ideally within an educational or commercial setting Strong practical skills and ability to perform a variety of manual tasks Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work across a range of hours, including some weekends and school holidays What we offer
