Monitor those students have fulfilled the requirements of their duty or service time.Maintain staff areas including supplies and organise the set-up and operations for eventsMaintain the physical classroom environment and storeroomsUndertaking maintenance to grounds, gardening and cleaningGeneral maintenance of locks, furniture and structuresGeneral electrical work - globe change, check points, check items are current with testing and taggingGeneral plumbing - gutters and downpipes cleaning, taps and minor blockages and fixes etcSupport the Business/Facilities Manager regarding store of stock and equipment related to this positionCheck maintenance and grounds log as per Heathmont College systems and processesMaintain Department of Education and Training OHS logs and protocols and procedures as requiredOther duties as requested by the Principal or delegateResponsibilitiesMaintain currency of professional knowledge and skillsEnsure that the school complies with relevant government regulations and policiesComply with OHS requirements and maintain a safe and healthy workplace for self and othersFulfill any duties assigned by the Principal or delegate with the relevant ES dimensions of workWho May ApplyIndividuals with the aptitude, experience and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.EEO AND OHS CommitmentApplicants seeking part-time employment are encouraged to apply for any teaching service position and, if they are the successful candidate, request a reduced time fraction.
