Free car parking on site Access to discount dining, wine and all other services on site Team celebrations, birthdays and the chance to attend luxury bespoke events About the role Working directly with the General Manager you will be responsible for the following duties: Ability to multitask Maintenance and operational upkeep of all facilities ensuring that the property is impeccably maintained.
Maintain all handyman and maintenance tasks.
Where specialised skills are required, overseeing that those tasks are completed using contractors approved by the company and within an approved budget.
Chemical application, assist in the control of pests and vermin.
Maintain the security of the properties at all times by ensuring no unauthorised access is given and all existing security and restrictions are adhered to.
Rectify faults and report them.
Regularly maintaining the upkeep of sheds and other buildings, pump rooms, garages and any external structures.
Experience Required Previous experience working with a busy large establishment Strong Administration experience and record taking experience Experience in a hospitality or function space an advantage.
Strong understanding of chemicals, fertilisation and horticulture Ability to multitask, forward planning and anticipating needs with solutions Can do attitude and ability to problem solve This is an exciting role for the Melbourne market, and especially for the Yarra Valley.
