Are you passionate about financial crime compliance and ready to make a significant impact?
Crown Sydney is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Financial Crime Advisory to ensure our operations comply with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act) and AML/CTF Rules.

The Role Act as the go-to expert for all AML/CTF related queries at Crown Sydney.
Review and provide strategic advice on AML/CTF matters to the business.
Lead and drive strategic uplift initiatives as part of Crown's Financial Crime & Compliance Change Program.
Review and advise on financial crime impacts of new business initiatives.
Assist in delivering AML/CTF risk awareness training.
Collaborate with business units and other stakeholders on AML/CTF matters.
Oversee and manage AML/CTF projects to ensure timely and effective delivery.
About You Relevant tertiary qualifications.
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist or equivalent.
Significant experience in AML or financial crime compliance, regulatory, or consulting roles.
Experience dealing with regulators is a plus.
Strong understanding of the AML/CTF regulatory framework.
Interest in or knowledge of gaming operations, policies, and procedures.
