Pay Rate: $60/hr to $80/hr + super, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Client Overview:
Our client is a leading global consulting firm specializing in talent, health, retirement, and investment, with a strong presence in superannuation (retirement savings) both in Australia and globally.
They are seeking a Paralegal to manage Family Law work for the Trustees of various superannuation funds.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Review and manage draft Court Orders, Financial Agreements, and super splitting provisions.
Prepare and finalize procedural fairness responses, liaising with external lawyers, members, and non-member spouses.
Maintain accurate electronic records and update Family Law spreadsheets.
Manage Family Law Court Orders, final Agreements, and document sign-off processes.
Handle subpoenas, liaising with Administration Teams and preparing documents for Court submission.
Respond to Family Law inquiries and update relevant documentation.
Our client is looking for:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Family Law and superannuation processes is a plus.
Proficiency in managing legal correspondence and timelines.
