Sydney, Österreich Dfp Recruitment Vollzeit

Contract: Initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension
Location: Barangaroo, with a hybrid work arrangement (1-2 days in the office per week)
Pay Rate: $60/hr to $80/hr + super, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP

Client Overview:

Our client is a leading global consulting firm specializing in talent, health, retirement, and investment, with a strong presence in superannuation (retirement savings) both in Australia and globally.
They are seeking a Paralegal to manage Family Law work for the Trustees of various superannuation funds.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Review and manage draft Court Orders, Financial Agreements, and super splitting provisions.Prepare and finalize procedural fairness responses, liaising with external lawyers, members, and non-member spouses.Maintain accurate electronic records and update Family Law spreadsheets.Manage Family Law Court Orders, final Agreements, and document sign-off processes.Handle subpoenas, liaising with Administration Teams and preparing documents for Court submission.Respond to Family Law inquiries and update relevant documentation.Our client is looking for: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience with Family Law and superannuation processes is a plus.Proficiency in managing legal correspondence and timelines.To Apply:
