Sales - Membership Consultant

Join the team at Fernwood Womens Health Clubs as a part-time Sales - Membership Consultant based in Ballarat VIC 3350 .
In this role, you will be responsible for securing new memberships and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of our club.
What you'll be doing
Engage with prospective members and provide them with an exceptional customer experience Conduct tours of the club facilities and present the benefits of membership Convert sales leads into new memberships through effective sales techniques Achieve individual and team sales targets Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing members Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and customer experience processes What we're looking for
Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness or health and wellness industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with people Excellent time management and organisational skills A driven, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team A passion for health, fitness and empowering women to achieve their goals What we offer
