Sales - Membership Consultant

Join the team at Fernwood Womens Health Clubs as a part-time Sales - Membership Consultant based in Ballarat VIC 3350.
In this role, you will be responsible for securing new memberships and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of our club.
What you'll be doing Engage with prospective members and provide them with an exceptional customer experienceConduct tours of the club facilities and present the benefits of membershipConvert sales leads into new memberships through effective sales techniquesAchieve individual and team sales targetsProvide outstanding customer service to new and existing membersAssist with the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activitiesContribute to the continuous improvement of sales and customer experience processesWhat we're looking for Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness or health and wellness industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with peopleExcellent time management and organisational skillsA driven, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamA passion for health, fitness and empowering women to achieve their goalsWhat we offer Competitive remuneration with commission structureOngoing training and development opportunitiesA supportive and inclusive team environmentOpportunities for career progression within the Fernwood networkAbout us Fernwood Women's Health Clubs is a leading provider of health and fitness services for women in Australia.
