New Vehicle Sales Consultant + Product Specialist – Launceston BMW + MotorradAt Launceston BMW, Motorrad + MINI, we seek to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, our team members, and our brand partners.As a progressive, award-winning Dealership, we get to make that happen every day.We are looking for a BMW, MINI & Motorcycle enthusiast who has a passion for providing exceptional, memorable guest experience and sales to perform the role of Vehicle Sales Consultant, serving as a product specialist and customer service/sales expert. You will be working with a small, professional team of dedicated BMW, MINI & BMW Motorrad enthusiasts at our Dealership in Invermay.ABOUT YOUWe don't expect you to necessarily have sales skills when you start, as we're willing to help the right candidate with a standout professional attitude develop this over time. However, you will need to be passionate about customer service, comfortable around people, and have a good grasp of current technology with a can-do attitude. Importantly, you have an eye for detail, can learn quickly, follow company processes, and be reliable.Previous exposure to product selling and/or customer service will be highly regarded, but car sales experience isn't a must - we're ready and waiting to train and develop the right candidate We're looking for relatable, transferable skills, complemented by enthusiasm, attitude, drive, adaptability, and genuine commitment to establishing lasting connections with our valued customers.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEA current vehicle driver's license is required. We operate statewide, with dealerships in Burnie, Devonport, Launceston, and Hobart, and employ around 550 employees.We strive to be Connected, Supportive, Progressive & People-focused.We operate a 5-day working week between Monday and Saturday.
