Join our Team as a Customer Experience Coordinator The role of the Customer Experience Coordinator is to help ScentAir achieve our goals by providing the right tools and services to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
He or she will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide administrative support to our sales and operations teams.
Ensuring a positive first impression, you will demonstrate your customer service and interpersonal skills with our customers and you will utilise your highly developed administration and organisational skills by ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Your Responsibilities include: Create a positive brand imageImplement a strong customer experience strategyRespond to customer service inquiriesProvide general office administrative, clerical support and data entryProcessing sales orders and onboarding new customersManage and execute service and maintenance planningKeep accurate and timely records and maintain CRM databasesResponsible for office equipment procurement, office maintenance, office supplies, etc.Manage operational administrative dutiesWhat you bring to the position: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar roleMust have an understanding of what it takes to create a successful relationship with customersAbility to prioritise workload, use initiative and multi-taskHigh attention to detail with a solid administration backgroundFlexible adaptabilitySkilled in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
)Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationExperience with Salesforce highly regardedFull working rights within Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
