Reporting directly to the VM Brand Manager, you'll be at the heart of creating unforgettable retail experiences.

ATTRIBUTES A passion for organisation and logistics A proactive problem-solver with an eye for detail Someone who thrives in an administrative and coordination-heavy role Great relationship building skills and great communicator An enthusiasm for the Peter Alexander brand and its vision RESPONSIBILITIES Budgeting and overseeing a capital expenditure Customs preparation and liaising with internal shipping specialists Organising logistics of all required elements into New Store on time Organise printing and packing of new store opening packs Work with internal stakeholders on opening floor plans and department capacity Manage Bulk prop orders and storage Plan critical pathways for new store openings Work closely with internal graphics team to deliver new store opening Graphics packs Communicate seamlessly with internal/external stakeholders to assist in opening stores local and international SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience working in a retail environment Demonstrated experience working with a Mac and be proficient across Excel, In Design and Photoshop Ability to work individually and in a small dynamic team Strong communication and presentation skills Great attention to detail and highly organised Be able to manage a substantial budget Have an understanding of the Peter Alexander Brand and Visual Merchandising hand writing BENEFITS Generous employee discount of 50% off to use across all of our 7 brands Access to our Just Benefits program which entitles you to exclusive discounts and benefits in the areas of entertainment, travel, lifestyle, and health Exclusive access to frequent sample sales across all brands Thrive in a central office location based on St Kilda Road, with direct access to Fawkner Park Engage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growth Coffee lover?
