We are currently seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Jay Jays team Reporting into the Product Manager, this role will coordinate all aspects of administration of purchase orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal team members for the smooth flow of product to stores.ResponsibilitiesCreating and maintaining product lines and stock ordersProviding a key link between the Brand and department and supply chainLiaising daily with other team members and suppliersManaging the delivery schedule and associated administrationLiaising with the Product Manager and Product Coordinator to manage samplesMonitoring and tracking key delivery schedulesSupport Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysisDaily reporting and sales analysis to support the teamSkills & ExperienceExperience in a Supply Chain based role, as a Supply Coordinator or in an administration role within a buying/product team is advantageous however not essentialConfident in reading and understanding budgets and margin calculationsConfident working with Microsoft products, including excelGreat attention to detail and ability to work autonomouslyAbility to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholdersThrive in a fast paced and exciting environmentThis is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career.
