Tritusa is looking for an SAP Test Manager & multiple SAP Test Automation Specialist (Tosca) to join our Tritusa family and work on our client sites.You will work onsite, representing the Tritusa brand with a range of customers to gain invaluable experience quickly.SAP Test Manager & SAP Test Automation Specialist (Tosca)Initial 12 months contractHybrid Role | Sydney | MelbourneJob Requisition ID : TT-119912Job Description :We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager and SAP Test Automation Specialist (Tosca) to lead and manage the testing efforts for large-scale SAP implementations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP Test Management and be skilled in delivering complex projects while working closely with cross-functional teams.Roles & Responsibilities :SAP Test Manager – Sydney (Preferred) / RemoteMinimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP Test Management with in-depth understanding of SAP implementation and testing methodologies.Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP projects with a customer-centric approach.Strong leadership and coordination skills with a proven track record of success in Test Lead roles within SAP projects, consistently delivering on time and ensuring quality.Experience in testing across Agile / Scrum and Waterfall projects, being able to adapt to various project frameworks and deliver optimal results.Hands-on experience with a broad range of Test Management tools, such as OpenText (MicroFocus) and Tricentis qTest or Jira, Azure DevOps.Communication and collaboration skills, accustomed to working closely with both clients and global teams to establish and maintain robust professional relationships.Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration between diverse stakeholders.SAP Test Automation Specialist (Tosca) – Melbourne (Preferred) / RemoteMinimum of 4 years of IT experience in SAP Test Automation using Tosca.Extensive hands-on expertise in Tricentis suite, especially Tosca enterprise end-to-end automation and proficiency in change analysis intelligence (LiveCompare).Expert in strategizing test automation for multiple customers, including greenfield and brownfield S4HANA implementation projects.Ability to ideate, design, and innovate use cases to improve our SAP test automation capabilities using Gen-AI, Machine Learning, CI / CD pipeline, and other technologies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong program or project management experience demonstrating successful leadership in test automation initiatives.Certification in Tricentis products is a must.What We Offer :We'll give you the tools, training, and freedom to succeed in a way that fits with your goals.Focused career development : coaching, experiences, and formal learning so you'll develop the mindset and skills you'll need to thrive in the future.We value every employee's unique perspective and work hard to make sure everyone is appreciated for who they are.Why Tritusa :Tritusa (try-tu-sha) is a consulting company that specializes in SAP, Software Testing, Digital consulting, and services.
