Recently, we have been awarded Partner of the Year for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition ANZ and SAP Australia Partner Excellence Awards for Move to SAP S/4HANA .As an ECP Consultant, the incumbent will use functional and technical knowledge and experience to help our clients establish best practices in SAP SuccessFactors.
This position will focus on payroll systems and their processes through the lead deployment and support of Employee Central Payroll - ECP.
This role can be in a WFH setting, or come and join us in one of our office locations.Tasks and Responsibilities Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients' processes by analysing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions evaluating current payroll streamWork as a member of the team on ECP and/or SAP Payroll implementation and support projects Support customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processes Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritise gaps and design the implementation timeline Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution Finalise configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform data migration activities, perform cut over activitiesConduct knowledge transfer activities as in training and support for customers for developing their skills.Skills and experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent educationAt least five years of relevant experience in implementing SAP payroll solutions Experience in payroll configuration Expertise and ideally certification in ECP and/or SAP payrollExperience in Time and Attendance would be an additional advantage Professional and committed to deliver customer satisfaction in challenging environments Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral) Highly organized and able to multi-task competing stakeholder requestsInnovative mindset to create and improve processes to successfully optimise at-scaleDyFlex is committed to providing a safe, flexible and respectful environment for staff free from all forms of discrimination, bullying and harassment.
