Sap Payroll/ Ecp Lead Consultant

As an ECP Consultant, the incumbent will use functional and technical knowledge and experience to help our clients establish best practices in SAP SuccessFactors.
This position will focus on payroll systems and their processes through the lead deployment and support of Employee Central Payroll - ECP.
This role can be in a WFH setting, or come and join us in one of our office locations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients' processes by analysing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions evaluating current payroll stream Work as a member of the team on ECP and/or SAP Payroll implementation and support projects Support customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processes Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritise gaps and design the implementation timeline Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution Finalise configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform data migration activities, perform cut over activities Conduct knowledge transfer activities as in training and support for customers for developing their skills.
Skills and experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education At least five years of relevant experience in implementing SAP payroll solutions Experience in payroll configuration
Expertise and ideally certification in ECP and/or SAP payroll Experience in Time and Attendance would be an additional advantage
