We are currently seeking Support Workers who are passionate about providing high quality care to our aged care clients across the Gladstone Region.
Duties and Responsibilities Assisting consumers to perform important daily activities.Facilitating daily personal hygiene and dressing tasks.Performing home based tasks such as food preparation and housework.Undertaking tasks outside the home such as shopping and taking clients to appointments.Providing transport.In-home respite.Qualifications and Experience Previous experience as a Support Worker in the Aged Care and / or Disability Sector is desirable.Must have Cert III or equivalent, First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, Police Clearance, Blue & Yellow Cards, and Drivers Licence.Must have own, reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.Excellent communication skills in customer service.Ability to fulfil our standards and values when performing tasks.Have an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly.Can work autonomously and as part of a small team.Application Process If you feel you have the right attributes, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining how your skills, knowledge and attributes are suited to the position to .
