Senior Solutions Engineer - Enterprise, VIC Our client is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team in Melbourne, focusing on driving AI solutions across industries in Australia and New Zealand.
You will play a key role in identifying potential clients and tailoring AI solutions to improve their operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion AI adoption by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering customized AI solutions that enhance their business processes.
Collaborate with the Cloud and AI Infrastructure team to address customer challenges and implement scalable AI solutions.
Lead workshops and presentations, simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Document best practices for AI/ML solution deployment, automation efficiencies, and application acceleration.

Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years of technical presales experience, preferably in Compute, Storage, or Networking.
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages.
Experience documenting deployment best practices for AI/ML solutions.
Strong presentation and value-selling skills in AI and infrastructure topics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree in Data Science is a plus).
Expertise in AI-relevant infrastructure such as Networking, Storage, and AI accelerators.
In-depth knowledge of AI models (GPT, Llama, ResNet) and AI/ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience training and fine-tuning AI models in both on-premise and cloud environments.
Familiarity with containerisation technologies such as Kubernetes.
