The Gig
As a Site Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with a hands-on approach, a strong understanding of high-end residential construction, and the ability to manage trades and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
The Role Lead, coordinate, and manage all site activities and teams, including subcontractors and suppliersEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulationsMaintain timelines, budgets, and quality standards across all project stagesTroubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure project milestones are achievedCommunicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managersWho You Are Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Management role, preferably in high-end residential constructionStrong leadership and organizational skillsProven ability to deliver projects on time and within budgetKnowledge of construction regulations and health and safety protocolsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesWhy Join?
