Seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to join our team in Melbourne.
The successful person will oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:Maintaining schedulesManage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.Coordinate with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Architects, and Engineers to ensure the project specifications are met.Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise onsite.Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.Ensure projects are completed within allocated budget and timeline.Maintaining construction documentationDeveloping strong relationships with clientsMaintaining and updating project programs and lookaheadsRequirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager in the Construction Industry.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and eye for detail.Experience in utilizing site safety software such as Procore and Hammertech or similar.A natural ability to drive the project forward while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients alike.Working with children's check for educational projects.Proactive Attitude.In-depth knowledge of various trade scopes.Ability to identify defective work immediately and action.Ability to read, interpret and understand drawings of all disciplines.If the above sounds like you, we would love to hear from you
