Position: Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Based at our Gracemere office, the primary function of this position is to provide assistance to the Work Group Supervisor in the administration of managing the Queensland workforce and subcontractor base.

About the role As the Work Group Coordinator, you will play an important role in coordinating the Queensland workforce in the delivery of complex rail projects.
Day to day duties may include:
Rostering and workflow planning of workforce resources Recruitment of blue-collar workforce Administering of PPE Distribution & communication of rostering and workflows to the workforce Administration of database to track roles and training matrices Tracking & managing of leave, including the collating of fortnightly timesheets About you Must have a high attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Exceptional written and verbal communication skills The ability to problem solve This role is suitable for a professional who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and support whilst meeting and exceeding established deadlines.
