About the Role Prepare and review high-level reporting and correspondence for senior and executive staff at MASS, COH, Metro South Finance on financial, compliance, human resources, and management and emerging issues to provide support and advice to ensure that MASS meets all its business requirements in line with departmental guidelines, policies and procedures.Manage and maintain strong, positive relationships utilising highly developed communication skills when liaising with executive members and all staff of MASS, COH, Metro South Finance, Department of Health and other State and Queensland government departments and inter-government stakeholders to ensure relevant information is available and disseminated to several stakeholders as per timelines and other requirements.Prepare and manage the end-to-end processes of the annual budget, month-end reconciliation, forecasting, variance reporting, financial assurance and controls, reporting deliverables and responsibilities across all MASS services.Lead and direct members of the central business services unit to undertake procurement, accreditation requirements, building maintenance and repairs, records management, web design, database maintenance, development and reporting to ensure that the MASS operational services are supported in the delivery of client services across Queensland.Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.
