The purpose of this role is to undertake and maintain a high level of accurate volume processing for all facets of the Business Payments team.
You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and conduct the day-to-day processing of invoices.
This is a national role, supporting multiple business units across the company.
Accounts Payable TasksProcessing of invoices, staff expenses and other associated payments.Timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment run.Reconciliation of accounts.Processing underwriter payment; claims and spotter payments.Assist the wider finance team with various duties where required.Supporting the central finance team with banking and creditor payment queries.Evolution TasksAllocation of credit and debit invoices.Processing the administration and approval step of client refunds.Support the Weekly processing of underwriter payments.Support the Monthly processing of Subagent payments.Management of Internal funds transfer.
