What we are looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities within an assigned geographic territory, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities for business development
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects and market trends
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product/service delivery and customer satisfaction
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients
Monitor competitors' activities and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed
Travel within the territory to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
What We Expect?
Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering or related fields,
Min.
5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in truck and trailer parts
Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong organizational and project management skills and self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment,
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a proactive mindset
To be able to deliver to agreed commitments on time,
Experience with SAP is an advantage,
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
