With a strong focus on building long-lasting relationships with our clients, we are a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering high quality and sustainable solutions across various industries.As the business continues to experience significant growth with 2025's pipeline already secured, we have a fantastic opportunity available for a driven Senior Project Manager to join our leadership team, overseeing projects across Queensland and New South Wales.The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a dedicated, proactive, and ambitious Senior Project Manager with a strong background in civil infrastructure to assist the company's expansion into the Renewable Energy Sector.
This position will provide you with the unique opportunity to lead, develop, and deliver key projects while influencing the future direction of this business with a pathway to Operations Management of a business unit.The ideal candidate will come from a diverse background having delivered projects across multiple sectors focusing on Civil Infrastructure and Bulk Earthmoving.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a high-performing team, guiding to ensure the growth and success of HC Group.Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all operational workflows.Identify and assess new business opportunities in key targeted sectors, analysing market trends and client needs.Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders and bids, aligning with client requirements and company objectives, including overseeing contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms, risk mitigation, and clear project deliverables.Project delivery in line with budget and program including compliance with company and reporting requirements.Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.Identify and assess new asset requirements including the Capex Request/Justification.Skills & Experience:Minimum 5+ years of project management experience on mid-to-large scale civil projects with 10 years industry experience.Strong leadership experience managing diverse teams in the construction sector.Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related discipline.Excellent commercial and financial acumen, proven to deliver operational targets.Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.Demonstrable experience in developing high-performance cultures and teams.What We Offer:Highly competitive salary and benefits with LT and ST incentives to complement.The opportunity to play a key role in the strategic and operational growth of a leading company.Work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.If you're ready to take on a senior leadership role in a growing business and have the experience to back it up, we'd love to hear from you
