Our market-leading portfolio will have over 40 brands, including Jim Beam and Maker's Mark Bourbon, Hibiki Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club Whisky, -196, V Energy, Maximus, and Suntory BOSS Coffee.
As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset.

The Opportunity:We're bringing the best of Suntory to Oceania and building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand new Australian licensed function which will go-live in July 2025.
We are excited to be hiring 3 Sales Support Coordinators on a permanent full-time basis.
The role offers something unique and career defining.
Joining in our build phase, you will support the National Sales Team so they are able to achieve sales targets, grow & promote our product range.
The position will work out of our North Sydney and/or North Strathfield office before we move into our new CBD location in 2025.
Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the National Sales team (strong knowledge of MS Office Suite especially PowerPoint)Organise and attend sales briefing meetingsProvide information about clients to the Sales team via the CRMOrganise fleet vehicles, laptops and other tools of tradeBook venues, accommodation and flights for the field sales teamSupport and facilitate activations and client events, including ownership of managing RSVPs, invites, and venue coordinationDevelop and maintain strong relationships with the Sales teamCoordinate new sales rep inductions, ensuring systems are set up in collaboration with IT and People & CultureWhat's in your toolkitYou'll have previously worked in a Sales coordination role, ideally in FMCG.
With a strong administrative background, high attention to detail and the ability to navigate a CRM, you'll ensure the Sales team are supported for success.
You're a proactive team player with a sense of urgency and able to work to deadlines.
You've been exposed to coordinating sales events, promotional material and other sales support tasks.
You're confident dealing with people at all levels, internal and external to Suntory Oceania.
A whizz at editing PowerPoint presentations, you'll ensure the Sales team are set up for success.
